How would you guys go about modeling this character? Tips, tricks, methods etc for Bratz character

I just want to hear everyone’s opinion on personally how theyd model this character; such as main features like the eyes, nose, mouth, and hair.
I love this art style but want to learn how to incorporate it into my own style and create my own character of it eventually. But there’s just some things I cant get around or understand how the creators even made this. Like the eyes look like planes. Modeling the hair looks difficult. etc.

This what a Bratz Doll head looks like with the paint removed :

Everything else is textures.

It’s a very old movie.
I would have treated it with Polygon Hair at the time.

Character production can be done in Repology after sculpture.
Real doll-making videos of that character style are easy to find.
If you refer to the video, it will help you shape it.

the first video was really what helped the most! thank you . the hair and eyes (most likely planes) were the parts that confused me the most.
