WHOA! Is all I’ve got to sat about that! Awesome work! The only things I notice are the blue on the bridge looks a little over done, and the mountain looks kind of soft. It is covered in snow, so that makes some sense, but maybe some ice on there in crevices?
Looks nice!
I feel like its missing something.
I dont know if you have ever watched Andrew Price’s Focused qritique sessions but he always points out that the renders are supposed to bring out emotion in us, not just oh cool … next image… they can even “tell a story”
So now that you have this cool environment make it so that the audience would want to look at this longer than 10 seconds.
Right now its a bridge in the middle of nowhere…
It kinda looks like the bridge is floating or pasted over the rocks in photoshop/gimp afterwards. Maybe you could blend some rocks into the pilons that it looks as the bridge is build into the rocks (or made of them).
The second render reminds me of caminho del rey , Youtube Caminho del rey 2010 if you A:need inspiration and B: are NOT afraid of heights, I’d never had vertigo from a video until i saw this.
DDD yes it-s true but hard to achieve when the main idea was to give the main impression of the bridge as a place where something changes an before
you passed become different following the limit of two ways connected
by only one point and the bridge is how or some like that although
everybody can-t think equally and I-m aware that doesnt give that impression
but … ( I dont know what to say )
Kiddy yes I noticed that from
the beginning seems ambient occlusion doesnt give so much correlation for the
scene and no all was on blender woth nodes I dind-t touch photoshop or
any external application.
Nine first of all you need a lot of pacience
and … RAM (maybe not who knows ) to recreate mountains. All rocks
where made with displacements and procedural textures as clouds and pattern
variances and textures the same
Paul someones reminded halo others Camino del rey. I mixed up !
Nice view. Now just change the rock color to a less blue/green color (light grey - white mix maybe) and change the dimensions to 16:9 with 2.6:1 black bars (on 1920x1080 res it would be 1920x720 viewable space). Something like this:
Wow lol i was watching this you tube video on how to make camcorder recordings have a cinema feel to them, and the guy said color grade and put the bars in…
So yeah BlenderKiddy’s version looks like a frame from a movie.
I assume you did some color correction. All the things in the shadow are darker. and that looks much better so sergiones do that.
Maybe have part of the bridge in the sun? try it out see if it looks nice.
Use rule of thirds.
Hi all.
Sorry but I was completely offline for one entry week.
And may be for the next …
Thanks blenderkiddy for the hint and photo/retouch, is appreciated.
So you think stripes and some colour difference between bridge and mountains will be best ? , trying …
Thanks for all guys. I was rude leaving without say anything… anyway I will return with more when I’m back >?>
