HumanIK autorig alternative for a Maya artist?

I’m looking for an alternative to HumanIK autorigging system I’m using in Maya/Motionbuilder on a daily basis. There are a lot of autorigging plugins, but none of them seems to be as capable as HIK. What I want is to be able to quickly wrap biped IKFK controls around an existing skinned mesh with armature I get from a client. I need to be able to turn the controls on and off, so that I can import animation to armature, bake the animation to controls, modify it, bake back to bones and export. Is there something like this for Blender? It can totally be a paid plugin. It can even be an expensive one. The trick is I don’t want workarounds that take time. Just define which bones belong to spine, which ones to the arms, hit the button and do my job.
