I hit spacebar (I think) and something else, and one of my views now takes up the entire screen, I don’t even have the edit buttons at the bottom. how do I get back?
to restore defaults, go into your blender folder and delete the file called ‘b.blend’. don’t worry, it will reappear next time you close blender.

Sorry, I managed to combine CTRL-UP and SHIFT-Space (both do the same thing!) and gave you completely the wrong shortcut
