These are after completing just half of a course in Udemy on blender. Feeling optimistic
Nice and cool. I would add bevels or make it more recognizable and catch the lights on edges.
I heard that imperfections in the textures can make them appear more realistic. So maybe you could look into that to take your renders to the next level. I think I heard it from Blender Guru on YouTube? Good luck!
Thanks for your comment. Do you mean on the base or on the pokeball?
So you suggest not so smooth surfaces? Maybe some cracks or notches?
On the edges of the models, its either the bevels are too small to be recognized or the bevels werent added.
Yeah something like cracks or notches.
I would start with the inside-red-ish part, and also where the marble surface is shiny
I donāt know much about this stuff, but those areas do stand out as being ātoo cleanā and could look more realistic.
The wooden part doesnāt look bad though. I dunno if thatās what real wood should look like, but because its surface isnāt 100%, that does help the realism there.
Again, Iām no expert in this stuff. There are probably tutorials by people who actually know this stuff. Good luck!
It looks nice, but its just not the same without the red on top. Just a personal opinion about pokeballs, feel free to ignore. Otherwise though, I like it.
Looks nice. Others touched on the fact that very few real objects have perfectly sharp edges, so most things have a radius or a bevel. ( Stops people cutting themselves!)
I think that you may have a roughness map on some of the textures, but perhaps a little more. When an object is very reflective, it can look like a mirror, and if it is a non-homogeneous material, like marble, the differently coloured parts do take different qualities of shininess, so some of the colour usually maps into the reflective quality.
That is minor though. The main thing that stands out is the green marble texture map on the outer part of the stand does not match that on the top. The outer texture has been stretched around the circumference, and so does not have the same look as that on the top.
Nice start!

Thanks for your comment. Noted and will try to improve as time goes by. As these are my first days into 3D art of course I will do mistakes and need to improve on a lot of things. But I think I am on a good start here⦠Every comment is important on improving and becoming better so thanks for your time
Nice art worthy of Pokemon tv series.
