Hello,
i am having this problem. some limbs stick together after rigging. Why is this happening and how can i fix it. thank you for your help
From autoweights? Use manifold meshes, with properly facing normals, where the bones are contained inside the mesh.
In this case, it’s probably backwards normals, unless those are fully solidified socks, but if your goal is to have the socks match the legs, then don’t use autoweights. Instead, data transfer weights from the legs.
Use the weight paint mode to view vertex weights
Cycle through the different bones/vertex groups in the object data properties section.
Find the bones with improper weights, and either use the weight paint tool to remove them,
or switch to edit mode, and select all offending vertices, and set their weights to 0 for the corresponding bones/groups in the object data properties section.

If you separate your socks into different meshes, you could also just delete most bones besides the shin/ankle/foot for the corresponding side.
