Things are normal in Blend 4.1 with bool tool, I go to the addon in prefs and turn it on and the hotkey works and I know how to model with it. IN 4.5.3 the addon is gone and I cant make it work in the modifier panel it keeps saying that the modifiers is turned off when I try to apply a Boolean.
Why is the addon gone? why cant I make it work even in the panel. ? I cant model without the bool tool so maybe that’s not the right method ? maybe Boolean makes a mess for things so they got rid of it ?? I’m confused as to why this tool is gone. Huh WHAT ? why change muscle memory workflow ?
maybe I need to go to the blender.org and read each release notes from ver 3 to now so I know what has happened with blender, My first hurdle was where to put the config folder for the portable install, now its put a portable folder in the root next to the exe file.
