Hmm… I somehow managed to break my viewport navigation.
MMB drag still rotates around in the viewport but CTRL+MMB and SHIFT+MMB don’t translate and dolly in/out anymore.
Any idea what I did and how to revert it?

Did you try reloading the blend file?
There’s 2 main approaches depending on the extent your Blender was customized.
If you don’t mind loosing your customization, reset Blender. There’s 2 ways.
When you load Blender: File > Load Factory Settings
(Note, this will not completely revert/reset ALL of your settings)
Manually Delete (or Rename) the Blender Settings Folder. Depending on the OS it is located in different spots, on Win you can find it here:
C:\Users\ … your user name … \AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender
Once that folder is deleted/renamed, the settings will be recreated to default on next boot. This is a full reset.
If you have a moderately customized Blender where reseting is not an option, you can manually hunt down the issues. Although it’s a bit too much for me to write if it’s not necessary. I had explained it previously to some other users so you could possibly search for those posts.
Have you removed lock to object?
