I feel really stupid for asking this but I’ve been using blender for like a year and I still don’t know this.

When you render an animation, in the render window how do you play it?

also How do you output to a file, I’ve tried long and hard to figure this one out but still I don’t know how.

When you render, files are generally put in C:\Tmp

and if you want it in a single file you can select “AVI jpeg” or “AVI RAW” to the right of the playbutton (where it says “Jpeg” in the image above.)
