in this thread i found that the IPO actuator seems didn’t activated every time i activate it.

now i think the problem is : you HAVE TO activate the IPO actuator twice for one IPO segment to ensure playing it one time. i wrote a script to do this and it seems works. maybe someone need this so i upload the .blend file here.
