Hi guys! Yiming here, I decide to connect with more artist side of people. Don’t know where to start, but here have a plane model I made a week ago or so :). I’m actually looking into building some character models and stuff. I’m pretty fluent in making anything mechanical, so I made this model like… real quick to test some upcoming line art shadow features. Yeah I’m the guy who made that grease pencil line art thing in blender.
Because I haven’t actually posted anything here except some very old line art stuff, I guess this is a start for me to get in touch with more art people who likes to make stuff, and potentially could work together on stuff. Funny the most thing I do are drawings and paintings. If anyone interested you can check out my blog gallery. I still don’t think I’ll use that much blender stuff in my future drawings (because for doing that is too much hassle), but rather be a different kind of project. I haven’t quite envisioned it that well, it’s just me picking my way along.
I also posted some screen recordings of the process of making this plane on my youtube: 1 2
Anyway, enjoy

This one has “enclosed shapes” option in line art turned on.
