SOLVED! I have a little blue dot in my scene that I cannot select

How do I trouble shoot this “thing” ?

Here it is in the top view. It is quite a ways from my object.

Even when I hide all my objects it remains. And no matter how much I zoom in it remains the same tiny size.

Go to Viewport Overlays and turn off Object Origins

I think you accidentally put down annotation. In n-panel go to view > annotations and delete everything

It could also be this, which I have had.

Do you have, or have you had a 3d navigator pugged in?
