I have a sun light and it only lits a small area of my scene?

I have a sun light and it only lits a small area of my scene , i think the sun light should lit all the secene the same way , but i now it look like its a spotlight , i want a flat light , or at least that the light beam is bigger , now its just around my “machine”

Do you have the render options in Blendigo set to use Sun Sky? I have never seen Indigo read a Sun lamp from Blender as anything other than a very large very high wattage lamp.

wattage lamp ? what’s that ? andyes i’ve tried sun sky, and bacground color but i get the same result.
