Hy blenderartists !

Is there some one that makes shaders for blender ?
I need one.I think its not a very complicated shader but i dont know how to make them.

If someone can do this for me ,i will post more informations about the shader tomorow.

I am bad in english and i dont know how to explain the shader i need , but i will post some photos of it tomorow.
