I have an awesome police car, and it is textured and everything, but I made it in one scene, and I want to put it into another. How do I do thaT?
AND IT’S NOT A LAYER, ITS A SCENE.

P.S. I don’t appreciate shouting either.
Well, there are few topics here answering this question already, but whatever…
Take the blend file you want to export the car in. Press Shift - F1. Select the appropriate choice from there, what you want to get from there.
When I try to do that, it says “cannot use current file as library” …What does that mean??!
What other topics are covering this subject? [!] [!]
You like the big fonts, eh?
Use shift-F1, left click the file, then object, then middle click the car, then press enter. If clicking on the file dosen’t work, then the file is probably compressed/locked.
I think Fareton and lightning misunderstood your question. Go to the scene with your car, select it, and press Ctrl-L. Then select “To scene…” and select the scene you want to link it to.
And I agree with Stefano, you get a little more attention and quite a few annoyed with those big fonts. Don’t worry, we will see your topics without caps and yellow size-24 text.
You will? I mean you will?
Ray_theway’s method works quite well for objects you want linked together spanning multiple scenes. If you want independent objects, I suggest copying the blend your working on, then appending (shift+F1) from that file as the library. After you add the car to the original blend and save it, you can delete the copy.
No need to copy the .blend file or anything like that, just link it to the other scene with Ctrl-Lkey, than make the object single user (Ukey -> Object).

This is not the wrong forum.
capslock stuck again? pssh
Plus, you demonstrate a lack of respect by using such a generic heading for your question. Those browsing the forum looking for interesting topics waste time with headings like “need help” or “I’m a NOOOBIE”. Specific question points in future questions will help repair the damage of this post to your reputation. Mabye.
I think I’ll change my name
Your name’s cool… it suits you. It’s your attitude that sucks.

I am just helping you out with the large fonts. It’s easier to read, and easier for me to proofread. (You’re right, the color is unnecessary.)
I’m 13 (As you have probably guessed.) I’m used to lot more laid-back forums.
I mean a lot more laid back.

I know!! I’m still not used to this forum. I more used to a forum with not a lot of people. I think you got your point accross now, though. I am giving more specific titles.
