I need help getting my model textured I have textures I just can put them on the model(also if any one knows: when I try to size or rotate anything the action is performed but never updates but it works with the properties menu)

“I need help” and a cropshot is not enough information to actually help. Find a tutorial and follow that.

Many things can cause it, but my only guess is that you’ve enabled ‘manipulate center points only’ option. It’s cropped off from the provided image so can’t know for sure.
