i need help whit textures

help, I can not see the texture in the BGE, this is my texture,


obtained from a picture I made clouds in gimp

selecting geometry and deselecting color in the texture influence


to make a texture embossed

but when I press p to run the application no texture or material looks as shown in the preview
it looks like this

I’m trying to make a vein where red cells were observed to pass
if I can help texturing and serious red cell helpful
It is a project developed for college for Friday

did you turn GLSL shading on?

Looking at it in solid view? or material/texture view?
Also what can help is if you turn of specular at the material tab.
