I pressed shift+r and it turned my sculpt into this?

I pressed shift+r and this happened, I don’t know how to revert it back to my original sculpt. I’m new and was following a tutorial but now I can’t resume it because of this

Shift+R is a Hot Key that repeats the last command.
You can revert to Ctrl+Z.
