Or, better yet, implement a karma system where users vote and their ranks change based on the average vote. (Don’t allow people to vote for themselves.)
For example, on a 1-5 scale (1 being bad, 5 being excellent):

2: Slacker (like me, again

3: Okayden (okay then… get it?)
4: Servicable (or maybe “Soldier”)
