It’s just a random idea inspired by Code Golf. Briefly speaking, it’s a site where the quizzer posts a programming quiz and others try to figure out the shortest solution.
Perhaps we can have a similar thread. Someone posts a texture (or rendered result), along with needed texture files (if it can’t be done purely with Blender’s procedural textures), and others try to reproduce it in Blender.
For example the quiz can be like:

Of course the answerer doesn’t need to reproduce it 100%, but similar enough to be considered a good answer.
