I have a model with an Ik rig. it works fine but when I try to move the bone it starts to spin like a helicopter no matter where I move it or rotate it. what is the problem?
You have a dependency cycle. Open the console (windows menu) to see what’s up

It’s when a bone depends on another (through a constraint for instance) but that other bone also depends on the first one. Blender can’t resolve the situation. Dependency cycle warnings appear in the system console
