IK Target Penetration

Hello blender users, I have a bone with IK constraint. When I push the bone close to its target then it penetrates this target.

I try to find a way to prevent this and make the IK bone stop when it collides with the target. Any ideas about how to fix this?

if you really needed this to work you could try also using a limit distance constraint to ensure the distance it never lower than the length of the IK bone
