Illumination problem with Added Objects

I have a problem with illumination with objects added from another layer using the EditObject AddObject actuator… i’ve set a frontal hemi lamp both on layer 1 and 2 but some faces still keep on staying completely black… Any idea why this happens?

Yet another added object bug? At least sun lamp works perfectly. Maybe it has something to do with distance, because sun lamp doesn’t care about the distance.

yes, HEMI is not supported by the game engine, use suns or lamps or spotlights.

also they must be on the same layer as your objects

Oh, I didn’t notice you were using hemi lamp. However, standard lamp doesn’t still work correctly with added objects. I believe this is bug.
