This forum runs on Discourse. You can read about Discourse user levels in the link I’ll post below. Basically have a look around the forum for 30 minutes or so reading some threads and posts. Interact.
Basically you need to:
Enter 5 topics (threads) you have entered 4
Read 30 posts (replies within topics) you have 6
Spend 10 minutes reading posts - you have <1 minute
