Hi,
i got some problem with the interface of blender, i have watched the tutorial of modeling in blender on youtube, the problem is, i can’t find some operator panel on the toolbar in this case “add Cylinder”. maybe someone can explain how to fix it.
more info: im using blender latest version (2.69).

You will only see this operator panel when you add the cylinder to your scene. Once you do anything other than make changes to this panel it will go away forever.
if you don’t see this panel whenyou add an object you may have minimised it. If so you will see a + icon (the location of which for some reason have decided to crop from your screenshot so cannot tell you if that is the case) to expand it or use the alternative, pressing the F6 key

I said when you ADD the cylinder. You will have access to the operator panel when and ONLY when you first add the object to your scene. You cannot got back to it just by later selecting the object.
