I'm finding it difficult to bake my scene to reduce lagging and crashing as a beginner

I’m using a plane with no subdivision as ground, roof and building walls. Cube as roofing joints also with no subdivision(s). Using the Node Wrangler I’ve connected textures from polyhaven.com and ambientcg.com. I started adding trees (5 currently) and blender has been unstable (crashing, lagging and closing)

I want to bake everything to make blender stable. How do and should i go about it?
