Every time I think of a new project I get distracted by another idea.
Its driving me crazy…can you guys give me any advice? :spin:
What Im really asking is how do you sort out your ideas? What makes tackle this project over another one?
Write down everything as soon as it comes to you. After a week that you will have collected many things, you will try to group them together. Then these groups will be converted to detailed texts or proposals (things you keep to yourself, not essential to post them online).
This is the way I collect notes, from small papers, from iPhone, from computer… Once a month I try to organize them.
If you have any other questions I will try to answer.
I don’t really know myself, I can look at other WIP projects, and I can easily figure out where the extra mile can be given, but on my own projects, it’s kinda like how to start, and how to push it forward. Heck, my first project started as a tutorial, but expanded without any fore-planning on my part as I learned more about Blender.
To help keep track of any ideas I do have though, I keep a small notebook to write stuff down in, like possible node combos, or something else to try out when I get back home.
