Hello, does someone know where can I download an old
film effect for blender? I’m looking
for something that looks burned, with grain and dust. Imitating the silent film look.

a couple of years ago I was looking for the exact same things, but I couldn’t find anything I really liked, so I made my own. The results can (for now) be found here, but be warned: it’s a 636.1MB zip file, containing 6 types of old film effects, which are supposed to be combined using layers.
If you’ve made such a thing, you ought to look for a way to make it a readily-available public resource, and then take rightful credit for it! 
I was able to make an effect myself, but also I’ll be sure to check yours out!
I’m working on a short film with my cousin. Even though it’s mostly going
to be in color, some scenes will require that effect.
