im looking for aremature help

in search of a tutorial for the armature system. similar to CGcookie’s or andrew prices ones where they address the different shaders.
for example they would address what the “stretch to” constraint is and other things. like how to learn all about them.
trying to rig a bird wing to fold and i found the one tutorial on here but its from 2008 and im having a difficult time following it. but my intrest extends beyond just doing my one project id like to learn to do everything about armatures
any links or any help would be of great intrest

Lol yeah that’s the tut that’s confusing me lol but its impossible to be specific as I’m looking for almost a course on armatures to get a feel for what each constraint is supposed to do
