So I literally just started using Blender today. I was watcching a video about the 2D animation. The picture is my pc. In the youtube video they are selecting a circle icon while in draw mode and using the pencil. In the the pic, mine, i have no circle. In fact Im apparently missing many icons. Its also possible Im posting this in the wrong place. Sorry if i did. I thank you for any help.
Are you talking about this circle?
Click and hold your mouse cursor on the toolbar/rectangle button, and choose the circle.

As a new user, I would spend some time getting to know the interface, a video may help, if you like 2D animation, in my humble opinion, Blender is good at it and below is the channel I like, a good artist who knows what to do with it.
