But there is no shame in deciding to make a short first and go through the entire process.
Then you will have a realistic idea of how long it will take to make a longer movie. Also how to do it.
There is nothing wrong with reassessing your goals and make realistic changes as you learn.
Enjoy the journey and also get to the end with something.
One way to be sure you won’t make it is to set the goal too high. And there is not much fun in that.
