Images/textures path change before making an exe

I made a game with many textures and want to make an exe that I can give to others. Unfortunately I have texture files in different folders on my disk. It would take quite a bit to change the source paths to all of them manually for each material. Is there any way to do it with some python expression ?
It’s my mistake I didn’t put them in the same folder as the blend file or in a “img” subfolder in the begging. Any advice ? Or do I have to do it manually for each material/texture?

I guess you can make them internal.
Then make them external again.

Check the file menu in Blender
