Implicit Remeshing

Hy guys,I need some help from some fluids gurus.What I would like to know is if it’s possible using the fluids to remesh a polygonal mesh that if I understand correctly use some kind of marching cube for the fluids.
I’m interested in sculpting and I find a good idea using uniform subdivision for the sculpting step but I don’t any programs than can take a standard catmul clark and transform it in a surface with uniform parametrization(when sculpting it’s not a good idea being too much adaptive in the mesh topology),a bit lke in this paper from bruno levy(this man rocks !)

Fluids can’t do this but do a implicit tessellation which maybe can be good enough to sculpt(if converted to quad).
But how export the mesh?
