Import Blender project into another project?

Hi guys, i’ve got a model i’ve been working on, and i also have a game i was working on separately. Now that i am finished with the model, i cannot figure out how to import it into the other blender project. (i’m new to blender). Anyone know how to do this?

File / Append (Shift+F1).
Browse into your blend file and add the object you want to import.
