So… yes even if blender show different type of parenting and bones ,
different lenght in bones … all this was not the real problem.
When importing the FBX blender make an empty object , you can see in this image,
And place the real Root under that,
I was using the export option wrongly and that empty was messing with unreal.
So that the skeleton was not the same for that reason,
If you turn off during the exporting , the label of empty ,
as in the image, the skeleton will be loaded and recognized correctly…
Finally… now back to be creative again
