Importing a camera from another blender file.

Hi, as i said before, i´m new to blender so i was given a file where the cameras are already animated but somehow i changed them. Since i saved with another name, i still have the original file intact.
What i need to do is to import the camera from the original file to the modified one.
Any leads?

Shift+F1 and browse to original blend file, select the camera in the OBJECT folder.
