importing and exporting problems

I exported a model into dxf format to use on another program that reads the same format, but when I imported the model there was nothing there.
Then I tried importing the same model on my other programs that also read dxf format but I got the same results.

Can anyone please help me with my problem???

Scale your object up (in editmode) around 10-100x the size and try again.

I read somewhere else on the forum that DXF files from other programs are often imported way too big, so this could be the problem.
