Importing Brush sets not available

I saw from from some tuts a addon for importing brush sets. I am sculpting atm. However I cant find it in this current version of Blender. I manually found and installed the plugin, but it fails to work.

If not with this plugin. How else are you meant to import texture for sculpting with?
