Importing FBX files to Unity makes it Lag

I have models which are imported from Blender as FBX files and when I select a model to set up the animations, it will lag a ton, it will take me like 10 mins before it gets back to normal. The thing is through this started happening yesterday and my models were working just fine. The 2 models I have are 10,000 tris and 6,000 tris. If anyone could help me with this I’d will be very grateful

I figured it out, I had to select only the mesh and armature and everything works fine
