Importing FBX from Unity Store Asset moves origin

I downloaded an asset from the Unity Asset Store and I wanted to use the FBX file to look at and base some mesh colliders on. The problem is when I import into blender, the relation between the meshes break and the origins are moved.
See how the pivot for CarTruck and the origin for CarTruck are at different locations relative to the mesh? I was wondering why this is happening and if I can avoid this issue.
