Not sure if I’m in the right forum.
I have Jmonkey and can view J3O files but I need to create some others for a mod. I noticed that Jmonkey suggested Blender for this and I have Blender now along with the J3O script to export OgreXML files which can then be imported into Jmonkey.
I am playing a game that is a Minecraft clone but there are some shaped blocks that I feel are missing from the game. I want to mod a set of blocks for the game but all of the existing blocks in the game files are in J3O format.
What I need is some way to import the J3O files to get an idea of the scale. I don’t want to create a block that turns out to be bigger than the entire building. It may also help by allowing me to edit existing shapes rather than starting from scratch.
Can anyone advise me on how to do this?
