Im trying to import the obj of a figure into blender from poser4 - nothing appears…

I don’t use Poser, but when you import objects, it is better to have all the layers active.
If you don’t see anything, hit the home key to involve all objects that could be in the 3D view…
If you can’t import in Obj format, try VRML 1.0… if available in Poser.

I got no problems importing a poser .OBJ file, but the mesh is locked, you can’t edit and manipulate individual vertices. The whole subobject moves.
How do you unlock the mesh?
