in 2.69 where do the hide the IK bones?

can’t they ever make it simple!
yes i look on the web first
thanks

If your wondering how to setup an IK bone constraint.
First select and armature bone in Pose mode, then add an IK bone constraint.
Properties Editor > Bone Constraints > Inverse Kinematics.

This will add and IK bone constraint to the selected pose bone.

Even easier, you can select the IK target, then select the constrained bone and hit shift-I in pose mode.

Nothing has changed or been hidden in 2.69, so I’m not sure what you’re really asking. Try not to ask incredibly vague questions.

it is only vague cos i have no idea what i am talking about
inverse kimatices is IK - who knew!
do i still have to put in the I rotates every 90 degrees to make it spin?
thanks all
