In Graph Editor how to select multiple keys and send them to another frame

In the Graph Editor how can I select multiple keys and send them to another keyframe. In Maya I would select the keys and type -=10 (minus equals 10) to send them 10 frames to the left. Or I could select multiple keys and enter a frame value and they would all go to that frame. How can I do this in Blender?

Select them with B for box select, or drag over them, press G and type the number of frames (10, -10)

In addition to Joseph’s solution : provided you need to move a column (all keys on a given frame), my workflow for this is : alt+click to select a column, then move the playhead where you need and and shift+S → selection to current frame (should be the entry on the left).
