include DCI complient render preset resolutions?

I’m not exactly sure how to properly submit feature requests, so I’ll post this here.

Blender should include Digital Cinema Package resolutions in it’s render presets.

I’ve included a package of render presets for Flat, Full, Scope 2K and 4K resolutions, created from Digital Cinema Initiative Guidelines.

Note that these are resolutions only, not DCP wrapping functions.
