hi,
i’m trying to experiment with the indigo export script and renderer. unfortunatly i’m not going very far :o i’m working with blender v.2.42 and export script v.05.beta.
i’m using the blender start scene with one cube and one sun. when i want indigo to render the exported scene it says
Fatal Error : SceneLoaderExcep: No “Spectrum” element found in background element.
Any suggestion?

What version of indigo are you using?
From memory if you’re exporting with .05 then you should be using version .05 of indigo.

background was used upto and including .05 and spectrum in .06 onwards i think. Take a look inside your xml file to see.
i’m using indigo v0.6. it seems that the exporter creates a background element which is incomplete. when i delete the background in the xml-file it works fine.
from what i understand in the tutorial i don’t need the background when i use a sun. i have to check if the problem is solved when i set the background color in blender to 0,0,0.
If your using indigo v 0.6 and exporter 0.5, then you may find your problems solved by using exporter v0.6
