heya! check out my last Indigo render, this one took only about 8-10 hours on my new core2duo (looking forward for quad ), it was rendered on Linux using wine (works great) on Indigo v7 test 7

Hey, not bad at all. Although the bottom of the doors could be slightly closer to the floor (and of course it’s still a bit of a grainy render).
mm yeah I could resume the render for more hours but I think its enough already, dont want to spend more than half a day on it, its just not right! that damm SSS :ba:
the stairs look grainy. higher AO sample?
No need to re-render it, just remove the grain in post pro, very good piece, 4 stars cause indigo lighting is easy, even if the program isn’t.
ha, I cant believe how long you people wait for renders. My record: 1 hour, for a blender internal Render.
And It was bugging me every two seconds, cause I couldnt wait for it to finish
The waiting is easier on an unbiased render ![]()
edit: ok resumed rendering… lets see if I can get less noise
will leave it rendering for 4 more hours or so
unbiased? Maybe thats a joke I didnt catch…
anyway I don’t care about the rendering time, if you don’t like it don’t use it!
