Influence slider collector

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to collect the Influence sliders in a scene.
Now I have to find the slider i want to use for animation everytime in the outliner, since I have arround 20 sliders and need to switch between them. This is very useful I think.

How do other people work with this.
Going in the outliner and find the slider you need? everytime! This is going to COST allot of time even with shortkeys.
