Input lag on my Sony Win 10 laptop, help

My [Sony Vaio Duo 11](http://Processor NameIntel® Core™ i5-3317U Processor Power and Performancewith Intel® Turbo Boost Technology Processor Speed (GHz)1.70 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 2.6 GHz) Intel® Core™ i5-3317U, 1.70 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.6 GHz, 4GB, intel HD 4000 graphics isn’t responding on mouse, active pen or built-in pointing device without lag for minutes or until i expand blender window. I don’t think i’s the HW specs (hit model name hyperlink) as that not an issue with a inferior Dell Latitude 10" tablet Intel Atom Z2760 1.8GHz, 2GB RAM, 64GB SSD running blender fine.I’ve updated the Sony’s intel HD 4000 graphics to the latest Win10.1 drivers but no joy. So I’m here for your help please for your suggestions.
Could it be the N-Trig DuoSense 2 pen drivers or the touch screen drivers?

It seems its the HD Intel graphics lack of support from Blender as per this thread “Intel graphics HD 3000 problems

Strange that is less of a problem on the weaker Dell’s intel graphics. So looks I need a nvidia gpu solution for blender or use my Sony with the commercially priced Zbrush, the trial version works fine but I prefer Blender especially due to 3Dconnexion SpaceExplorer 3d mouse limited support.

This was a hobby dip into Blender so im not pushed finding a new convertible / tablet but its a shame my older Sony’s Intel gpu isn’t supported.

Also it seems my Sony’s Intel drivers may not be up to the job according to this thread as the Intel website says that Penny’s abuse significant input from Sony to get the full operability which Sony doesn’t seem to be investing time in as they are no longer in the laptop market.
