Here are some attempts to visualize nanoparticles for my day job. The color palette is loosely based on the company logo (www.spagonanomedical.se). I am hoping for some tips and ideas on how to do something fun with these. The orange part is a polymer core that is supposed to deliver a load to a tumor and the blue threads are a polymer that prevents the body from recognizing them. The models are built with a python software package that I developed myself. There is an enormous amount of geometry and no two blue chains overlap. For those who are interested: This is way, way beyond what you can do with ordinary molecular dynamics software.
